Micro-weddings

The Gibson House Museum hosts micro-wedding ceremonies in its second-floor Music Room for parties of up to 15. The house provides an elegant Victorian-era setting in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood, amidst outstanding restaurants that offer options for a post-ceremonial meal.

  

The fee is $900 and includes:

​ 

  • A 2-hour time frame for your ceremony and wedding photos, which may be taken in the Music Room, on the staircase, or in the front hallway

  • Space for 15 people (including officiant, attendants, and any vendors)

  • The use of our gold Chiavari chairs

  • Plastic glassware for a champagne toast following the ceremony (champagne to be provided by wedding party). Please note that food is not permitted in the Museum.

  • Rental fee is tax-free, and proceeds go toward preserving the house for future generations to enjoy.

 

Please note that there is no elevator. There is one restroom on the first floor.

  

Bookings must be made at least 4 weeks in advance.
